Oily fish makes a healthy alternative to red meat burgers. This wholesome breakfast makes a perfect healthy bite for kids.

This recipe would also be delicious with tuna steaks.

Preparation

  1. Spread homemade pesto sauce or mayonnaise evenly over toasted buns.
  2. Top each with a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, and salmon patty.
  3. Cover with tops of buns.
